Hyundai Motor Co., South Korea's top automaker, said Tuesday that its November sales grew 4.9 percent on-year, driven by strong domestic demand.
Hyundai Motor said in a press release that it sold a total of 451,838 vehicles in November, compared with 430,792 units a year before.
Domestic sales jumped 16.9 percent on-year to 65,166 units and overseas shipments also rose 3.1 percent to 386,672 units.
During the January-November period, Hyundai Motor said it sold a cumulative 4,448,969 units, down 0.9 percent from a year earlier. (Yonhap)
