Hyundai Verna Facelift Caught Undisguised, Features Listed

Test mule is 1.6 EX variant. Upcoming Hyundai Verna facelift has revamped front fascia with new grill with twin chrome slats, larger & sharper head lights with projector lamps, bigger fog lamps with LED DRLs and redesigned bumper. Rear facade has updated bumper with integrated reflectors & black underlip, and refurbished tail lamps with LED lights. Alloy wheels bare new design that enhances the side profile of updated C-segment sedan from the South Korean automaker.

Hyundai Verna facelift is new mostly on the outside rather than under the skin.
While exteriors get thoroughly brushed up, interiors are left with same design and similar trims as current Verna, except for the addition of new infotainment system on the centre console with 7 inch touchscreen display, which can be used to operate new satellite navigation facility on Hyundai Verna facelift.

There will be no major changes in engine choices, except for the possibility of receiving a 6-speed automatic transmission (seen in Elantra) in place of current 4-speed automatic unit.

New Hyundai Verna facelift is expected to be a better competitor than the outgoing model, against segment leader Honda City. It is expected to hit Indian showrooms in early 2015.
